Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much longer and what will it take to finish the project?  We are excited that we have been able to raise the goal amount of this project.  For us to raise over 1.3 million dollars is an amazing piece of this project.  As with most projects our goal of 1.25 million was a little short.  With all of the contents and extra things needed it looks like to complete this project will take 1.5 million.  We are very close to being able to have all aspects of the project to move well into the future.  We need to have continued help from individual and group volunteers to help us get this done.  in a timely fashion. Our prayers are that God will use not only the finished project, but the process of the construction in ways that a community coming together can do.  We believe that in today's culture,  the resources we have as an organization, the goals of Champion Christian School and the target for working with seniors and the community all lend themselves to adding this facility. We also believe that the overall long term direct and indirect campaign goal accomplishments will help propel the Center forward.

2. How can this be completed?  We have tremendous staff, families, students, and leadership team members who are willing to lead the way in this project. Most importantly, we serve God and believe He will provide as He has done in many past projects.

3. Things are changing so rapidly in our culture. Why are you launching this campaign now? We believe that our ministry is 'for such a time as this' and, as such, we need to balance growth, risk, and stability to intentionally follow our mission into this new cultural climate.

4. Why are you investing in this project now? As noted earlier, health and wellness are a significant commodity given the current state of the culture. We feel this is a very natural next step for the Center, Champion Christian School, and the community at this time. Also, the opportunity to develop another acre pad positions us to be ready to develop other aspects of the property in the future.
