- $400,000 has been given as the lead gift to construct the building.
- The Center acted as the general contractor and coordinated volunteer labor
- AMAZING Donations of in kind labor and donated or at cost materials helped us put over 100,000 on debt to help Phase 2 debt reduction
- Cost of construction came in well under $100/sq.ft
- We were able to add over 1000 square feet to the building and come in under cost to complete!
- Current preschool trailer is being relocated and repurposed
