Discovering your Motivational Patterns in Leadership-
Discovering your strengths!
Our Continuing education Units are designed to provide a variety of training experiences for leaders that come from a distinctly Christian and intentional professional perspectives.
On November 15th, from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. at North Campus in Donegal, we are hosting our next CEU that will be done by Rick Wellock on Discovering your Motivational Patterns in Leadership and how to maximize your experiences and internal wiring to become the most effective leader that God has designed you to be.
$50 (includes materials & lunch)
Discover how "strength stories" can identify the way God has uniquely "wired" you and are the doorway to discovering your "sweet spot". Learn how to listen and identify patterns of giftedness in others. The focus of the workshop is to identify a unified system of 5 areas of motivation each of us possess: Abilities, Subject Matter, Circumstances, Relational Style and how we want to be managed and Motivational Payoff. Once the unique pattern is identified, we will apply this understanding to better managing and making decisions for our lives, relationships and work. The workshop provides an overview to giftedness, strengths, job fit and work alignment; a look back at things we have done that we enjoy doing, believe we do well and find satisfaction in; learning to interview and look for patterns of strength; time to reflect and apply what we have learned to how we live and work. Once we see our strengths how we can participate in yielding our strengths to God for His glory and our highest and best use in His Kingdom (Ephesians 2:10).
Our goals in providing these ongoing continuing educational opportunities is to strengthen the Christian community and help to join with the local church in building knowledgeable, effective leadership that will be capable of following Christ's call in this challenging culture ahead of us.
