Champion Christian School provides an environment in which students can personally thrive. Our students traditionally not only score above the national averages, but they score in the upper 1/3 of students who are at their same ability levels. Students generally respond well to support and attention. This kind of focus on student preparation is a characteristic of CCS. SAT scores of college bound seniors from religious schools are significantly higher than the national average as shown in the following chart.
In terms of basic academic skills, we find that our students do better in reading and math skills as measured by both individual student progress, and overall acheivement scores. When you examine the scores tracked by the National NCES scores, private school students have consistently outperformed public school students in reading and math.
