Summer is almost here! It is time to start planning VBS and summer activities at church! Champion Christian School can provide you with a service to help! As part of our Summer Food Service Program (part of the National School Lunch Program) we can offer delicious meals for the children during your VBS or other summer programs. We are able to provide this service through the state and meals are FREE for children 18 and under! All meals are nutrionally complete and adhere to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's meal and nutrition patterns. We are available all week long or only on nights/days that you choose. Some organizations choose to serve the meal before their program starts and some choose to serve it at some time during their program (which increases participation!). You are able to advertise this as a part of your VBS program and it may just draw more children to register. We know that parents appreciate it... a free meal, no hassles, no having to rush home to get dinner ready for the kids before VBS starts! The program is available June through August, for breakfast, lunch OR dinner and is FREE for children 18 and under. Adults are also welcome to eat and pay only $4.73 per meal. Please email info@champion.org for any questions, more information, or to register your summer program with us!
Come pick up a bagged lunch to serve. (Some training required.) Bagged lunch could include: Sandwich Milk is included with each meal. In
