Special EANS II Webinar
PACAPE recently hosted and recorded a special webinar where we discussed EANS II and introduced three companies whose products are great tools for any season, but could be could be especially useful with the current needs of our schools and students. Each of these products are able to be acquired for your school with EANS money. Lifeline Scholarship Program
The Lifeline Scholarship Program would offer an Education Opportunity Account (EOA) to any student assigned to a district school in the bottom 15% of performance metrics based on state testing. Students cannot enroll in public schools and receive an EOA. Click the link below to lean more.

Several members of PACAPE were able to attend the CAPE Board/SCN Meeting with USDOE Secretary Cardona.
Vendor Webinar
PACAPE is excited to offer a special webinar on March 31 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. This webinar is open to all schools. We will kick the webinar off with a presentation from two of our PACAPE leaders who will share insights on the EANS II process, which begins in April. We will then showcase three exciting vendors who have products to offer that could be incredibly helpful for your schools. These products are great tools for any season, but could be especially useful with the current needs of our schools and students. 2022 Pennsylvania State Cape Report
PACAPE represents about 85% of the private school community in PA, and as such is primarily a supportive, networking organization driven by Private School Associations. It is very positively recognized in the public policy community in PA as representing the diverse communities within the private school community. Employee Retention Tax Credit Help for Schools
Established by the Congressional CARES Act, ERC is a refundable tax credit - a grant, not a loan - that you can claim for your school. Education-based entities qualify for these grants as a result of the significant disruption that occurred in our neighborhoods and schools.

PACAPE Report Spring 2021
PACAPE represents a significant amount of the private school community in PA, and as such is primarily a supportive, networking organization driven by Private School Associations. With a small budget, but highly committed participants, it accomplishes a lot that individual Associations cannot do. 2020 has provided our Association several challenges and opportunities that are highlighted in our spring report.
Nonpublic School Transportation
Several LEAs are pushing toward nonpublic schools not receiving transportation from their school district(s). Here is a bussing letter from Phil Murren; he has given us permission to share and use this document, so please feel free to attach your schools letterhead and use this letter.
